Manufaktuuri 7, Tallinn 

Manufaktuuri 7 apartment buildings were completed in the spring of 2024, the facade of which is uniquely decorated with angobed and glazed clinker stones in five beautiful shades of green. For the first time, exclusive clinker stones from the French manufacturer Rairiers have been used, which are elegantly integrated into Rakterm panels. The facade was produced and installed by AS Rake, the architectural solution was designed by Molumba architects, and the developer is Hepsor.
